Texas A&M University-Victoria Staff Council Scholarship

Eligibility
The Texas A&M University-Victoria Staff Council Awards and Recognition Committee is seeking applications from active A&M-Victoria staff members. Incomplete or illegible applications will not be accepted.

This scholarship opportunity is open to all A&M-Victoria staff members who meet the following criteria:
• Must be a full-time benefits eligible employee of A&M-Victoria at the time scholarships are awarded and during the enrollment period.
• Must have completed the HR probationary period at the time of the award
• Must be enrolled in courses at A&M-Victoria
• Must complete the A&M-VictoriaScholarship application

Scholarship Criteria
• Must meet the satisfactory academic progress requirements, including 2.0 GPA for undergraduate students; 3.0 GPA for graduate students
• Must be at least a half-time student
• Answer the following question:
• What has been your involvement and notable contributions to A&M-VictoriaStaff Council within the past 2 years?

Please note that the $500 award amount per semester is for books and supplies.

A&M-Victoria Staff Council Board Members are allowed to apply for the scholarship; however, they shall not be a part of the Staff Awards and Recognition Committee selection process.
